This allows you to opt for a support service that complements your existing methods instead of the traditional agency approach of ‘one service, one price’ arrangement, which in today’s market can cost you as much as 15-20% of starting salary for a new recruit.

You can choose to only place your vacancies on the Job Board and have applicant’s CVs forwarded direct to you, or completely outsource the recruitment process to Talentlink, or something in between such as initial telephone interviews, referencing of short-listed applicants or competency matching.
